A Zambian sauce from @manda_chilli. A very unique tasting sauce… Tastes herbal, citrusy, earthy/rooty, and spicy all at the same time. I wish I knew what spices are in there, but I think I can taste fennel and caraway. Decent heat from the Habanero, doesn’t overstay its welcome. It’s quite thick, and goes really well with white fish and chicken.
